- 📋 Ingredients:

- 🍓 1 quart fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

- 🥧 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Bake pie crust in preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
- 🥧 In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar, water, cornstarch, and gelatin mix. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat and allow to cool.
- 🥧 Arrange sliced strawberries in the cooled pie crust. Pour cooled gelatin mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours.
