Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups (255g) fresh or frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons (30ml) lemon juice
1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
1 tablespoon (8g) cornstarch
1/4 cup (60ml) cold water
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries, lemon juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir to combine.
Place the saucepan over medium heat and add cold water. Stir constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
